I've lost another 11.2 pounds!
TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS IS 41.2 poundage!!
(I'm frustrated though--because I didn't lose as much this month as I did last month. I've chalked it up to the workouts and the fact that I'm building muscle. I can feel that my legs are stronger!)
I started partying to Turbo Jam on 11/1/09. I only did it 3 times a week for the first week, and then increased it to 4 and 5 times a week in beginning of December. Fast forward to now, I exercise every day and love it!
I took my measurements:
I've lost a total of 9 inches!!!
Just in the 6 weeks that I've been working out to Turbo Jam! I can stick with the exercise because I don't kill myself to the point of exhaustion, but I work hard. I sweat. I drink tons and tons of water. I absolutely love it! PICTURES TO COME TOMORROW! Stay tuned...
